Shipping

At-Home Try-On Orders:

All At-Home Try-On orders will ship out within 24-48 business hours. It takes approx. 3-5 business days for delivery. Your order will come with a prepaid shipping label to use to send the dresses back to us. If you have any further questions about our At-Home Try-On program, check out our FAQ page.

 At-Home Try-On orders cannot be shipped internationally. If an international address is provided, the order will be declined.

Standard Shipping on Bridesmaid Dress Orders:

Once your order gets approved, it will go into production. The production time is up to 14-16 weeks for standard delivery. When the dress is completed it will ship out from our warehouse. Shipping will take up to 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may deliver after expected delivery date due to customs. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.


Rush Production:

We offer a rush production option on our bridesmaid dresses for a fee. The production time with a rush is approximately 8-12 weeks. When the dress is completed, it will ship out from our warehouse. Shipping will take approx. 3-5 business days within the continental US.


We do ship orders outside of the continental United States! Additional shipping costs will be applied at check out. Kennedy Blue does not cover any additional custom fees, taxes, or tariffs charged upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to track packages once arrived in destination country.

The Rush production fee is non refundable after your order has shipped from our warehouse. 

Once your order ships, we are unable to change your delivery address. Kennedy Blue is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

 

International Shipping:

We ask that our customers keep in mind when placing an order internationally,  that the delivery date provided at checkout may not reflect the timeline it is actually delivered. 

Due to Customs and delays when packages enter each country, this can add additional time onto your original ETA. This is because Kennedy Blue has no control over the timeline that a package will sit inside customs once it enters a new country. 

We recommend adding an additional 4-10 weeks onto the timeline of your delivery and keeping this timeline in mind before placing an order with us.

No credit is given for lost, missing or stolen packages. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

Since Kennedy Blue uses the United States Postal Service, we no longer ship items to the following countries.

Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands,South Sudan, Spain, Syria, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine,Yemen.

The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for these destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. 

Please note that Kennedy Blue is not responsible for any duty, taxes, or fees that may be due upon delivery. These fees must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded if items are returned or exchanged. 

 

Shipping Responsibility:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This includes all orders returned and exchanged with Kennedy Blue. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Kennedy Blue. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued


Expedited Shipping:

We do not offer expedited shipping. We want to make sure that the process is not rushed so you receive the best quality dress at a low price! If our current ship dates do not work with your timeline, check out our In-Stock dresses to see what options we have for immediate shipping.


In-Stock Dress Orders:

As we are a made-to-order company, we don’t carry a large inventory. We have a limited inventory of dresses on hand. These dresses ship out within 24 business hours and take up 3-5 business days for delivery.

In-stock dresses are eligible for a 75% refund as long as the return is approved. See if you are approved by filling out the form here


Accessories Orders:

Accessories orders include veils, robes, and ties. Robes, veils and ties will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping time takes approx. 3-5 business days.

 
Returns & Exchanges:

Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label for returned and exchanged dresses. 


Promotions:

Kennedy Blue occasionally runs promotions on shipping. These promotions are only valid for order being shipped within the continental U.S..
