Description
The Unicorn quick-change nozzle from Creality is a quick-swap tri-metal construction consisting of a nozzle and a heatbreak for quick assembly and disassembly.
High flow for high-speed printing
Thanks to an enlarged nozzle chamber, the Unicorn nozzle achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 30 mm³/s. The all-metal construction therefore supports high-speed printing of up to 600 mm/s.
Durable all-metal construction
While the heatbreak is made of a robust titanium alloy for reduced heat conduction, the nozzle itself is made of a copper alloy with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 330 W/mK and the nozzle tip is made of hardened steel with a Mohs hardness of 7.8. Thanks to the improved material, a wide range of filaments are supported (including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLA-CF, PA-CF, PET-CF).
Precision manufacturing for greater printing success
► Tight fit to prevent leakage: Tight connections effectively prevent filament leakage during printing;
► Smooth inner walls to prevent blockages: The roughness of the inner holes (Ra0.5) ensures smooth filament feeding;
► Precision machining, no burrs on the opening.
