12K resolution and 480:1 contrast for incomparable details
With a 10.1-inch monochrome LCD screen and an incredible 12K resolution of 11520 x 5120 pixels, Photon Mono M5s achieves 19 μm accuracy. The 12K LCD screen with 480:1 contrast delivers sharp edge and stunning surface finish with hair-sharp print detail!

With an average print speed of 105 mm/hr 3x faster
Photon Mono M5s prints at an average speed of 105 mm/h when using a high-speed resin. By using a high-speed release film, the release force is effectively reduced, resulting in highly successful print quality. At the same time, the separation height is reduced and the take-off speed is increased. Compared to other resin printers that require 30 mm/h for the same model, Photon Mono M5s is even 3 times faster!
When using a standard resin, Photon Mono M5s operates at an average speed of 70 mm/h.
Level-free printing for more success
On the cantilever arm, the resin printer has a mechanical sensor. This first detects the fit between the printing platform and the floating levelling module, and then automatically adjusts it based on the detection data. Annoying levelling errors are thus eliminated and more printing success is guaranteed!
Automatic device inspection
The resin printer features automatic device testing. In doing so, the printer performs several tests on the functionality or connectivity of its individual parts: the exposure screen, the mechanical detection module, and the motor operation status.
This allows hardware problems to be quickly identified and fixed without wasting valuable time searching for a needle in a haystack.
Resin detection mode
If an "unforeseen" resin shortage occurs, unrepairable printing errors can result. For this, Photon Mono M5s is equipped with an intelligent resin detection mode. Before printing starts, the system automatically checks whether the amount of resin in the reservoir meets the print requirements.
Print status detection
This feature reminds you of common printing errors caused by a lack of resin. This significantly reduces wasted resin and time. The feature also provides analysis for possible causes of errors and tips to increase printing efficiency.
Anycubic App
With the Anycubic App, popular pre-cut models and STLs are at your fingertips. A user-friendly task display ensures full control over the printing process.
Anycubic Photon Workshop 3.1 with new support algorithm
Anycubic's slicing software has been updated to Anycubic Photon Workshop 3.1. In the new version, you can use the "Intelligent Mode" option, for example, to set exposure parameters to match the tiniest details and exact size of the model. This helps reduce printing errors due to incorrect parameter settings.
The new support algorithm brings many advantages:

- Minimised possibility of model surface damage,
- Easy removal of support structures with no residue,
- Repairs to damaged models,

My prints don't want to stick to the pri surface. I have already manually calibrated the bed and extended the exposure time but it still isn’t working. How do I solve this?
