Description
3DJake's niceABS is a newly developed next-generation ABS filament. Through a special technology, we have developed an ABS filament with significantly less cracking, near-perfect layer adhesion, reliable bed adhesion (glass, tape and other spray glue) and improved mechanical properties.
These features make niceABS the ultimate ABS replacement. niceABS is for those who are looking for an alternative to normal ABS and need parts with high impact resistance and strength.

Where was that stuff produced?

It seems to me this stuff originally was imported from the rainforest. When I opened the filament for a test print it was so wet that I could almost use it as an independent plant hydrating system. After drying for two hours it worked fine for me but then again what's the point of silicone gel in the package if it's already fully drained with water?

I had never printed ABS before and wanted to give it a try so I picked up a 250g spool of this in my last order. My Prusa Mini is in an enclosure which I understand is usually required for ABS to avoid warping.
So far it has printed as easily as PLA and I have not needed to do any tweaking to the Generic ABS profile in PrusaSlicer. Its very strong, has a nice clean finish, and does not string much. I noticed some of my top layers, particularly ones not being cooled directly by the fan, have lipped and curled up a little, though I think I can fix this with a tuning.
